ContractorSites ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://contractorsites.ai and the ContractorSites client app at go.contractorsites.ai. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on our site, we collect the information you provide: name, company name, industry/trade, phone number, email address, website URL, and your selected billing option. If you use the chat widget, we collect the contact details and messages you share there. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

SMS/text messaging consent

By providing your mobile number through a form on this site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from ContractorSites related to your inquiry, including scheduling and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. ReplySTOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. The site itself sets only essential, functional cookies; third-party services we use — such as Stripe for secure checkout and our chat widget when enabled — may set their own cookies to provide their functionality. We may also use standard analytics that collect technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; core pages of the site work without them.

Client app and connected accounts

The ContractorSites client app lets a business run its jobs, estimates, invoices, and payments. The business can connect accounts it already owns: QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Square, Google Business Profile, and its CRM. We use each connection only to provide the features the business turns on, and only for that business.

  • QuickBooks Online. When a business connects QuickBooks, we write its own customers, products and services, invoices, payments, refunds, and deposits into its QuickBooks company so its books match the app. We read back only what is needed to keep them in step without duplicates, such as existing customer and item names, accounts, tax codes, and company settings. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
  • Stripe and Square. Card and bank payments are processed by the business's own Stripe or Square account. We do not store full card numbers; we keep the payment records needed to show receipts, balances, and refunds.
  • Google Business Profile. Used to show the business's reviews and rating and to let it reply to reviews.
  • The business's customers. Names, phone numbers, addresses, job details, photos, and messages that a business enters or receives are processed on its behalf, to schedule work, send estimates, invoices, and receipts, and ask for reviews. That information belongs to the business and is not used for any other purpose.

Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted, and data is sent over encrypted connections. A business can disconnect any account at any time from the app (or, for QuickBooks, from its QuickBooks settings); we then stop accessing it. Records already written to QuickBooks stay in the business's QuickBooks company. To have your data deleted, email support@contractorsites.ai.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, communications, and scheduling platforms), and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@contractorsites.ai.
